Introduction

 

M5 series is used for 2-position control with on/off output for the control the temperature by means of an NTC sensor placed externally or internally in the thermostat. The thermostat acquires the room temperature with its built-in sensor or floor sensor, and the heating contact will close when the room temperature falls below the selected setpoint.It is used for the control of warm-water (floor) heating systems and direct electric heating systems in Commercial buildings, Residential buildings, Light industrial buildings.It meets the requirements of comfortable,security, energy-saving.

1.Question : Does Wifi networking of thermostat requires cellphone APP interference ?
   Answer :  No need. Our wifi thermostat can log in the internet by iteself.
 
2.Question: Is it necessary to set WIFI again after power outage of thermostat ?
   Answer :  No need . Our thermsotat will record previously coneected router SSID and password for automatic re-connection.
 
3.Question:  Is necessary to set WIFI agian after wifi connection of thermostat ?
   Answer :  No need . Our thermostat will will re-connect automatically as long as previously connected router SSID and password and unvaried.
 
4.Question:  Is it neccesary to set thermostat wifi again after power outage of route?
   Answer :  No need. Our thermostat will re-connect automatically as long as previously connected router,SSID and password are unvaried.
 
5.Question: What is the bindingrelation between of thermostat ID and and APP account ?
   Answer :   Cloud service system of thermostat provides" one equipment for several accounts and one account with several equipment" service. It is allowed for one thermostat to be bound by several APP accounts and for one APP acount to bind several thermostat simultaneously.
 
6.Question:  Is it necessary for thermostat and cellphone APP to share the same LAN when binding thermostat?
   Answer : Cloud service sytem of our thermostat supports thermostat and cellphone APP in different LAN forbinding operation,i.e.
binding operation can be completed when cellphone connects to 4G network and thermostat connects to household WIFI.
 
7.Question:  How to unbind our thermostat ?
   Answer : Cellphone APP can unbind automatically ,thermostat can unbind APP account for " cloud account-Account management" interface.In the binding relation,thermostat has absolute dominance over control of binding account to ensure satety of thermostat and provide friendly function interface to mobile household thermostat system in hotel, apartment and rental house.
